Adding a private, parochial, or charter school teacher to the Notice of IEP Meeting
When creating the Notice of IEP Meeting, SESIS users must include the name of the special education teacher. When this is a New York City Department of Education (DOE) teacher, the teacher's name is available via a lookup link. Teachers who work in private, parochial, or charter schools are not listed in this lookup and must be added manually.
To add a private, parochial, or charter school teacher to the Notice of IEP Meeting
- Locate the student's profile.
How?
- From the Actions bar, click Documents.
The Documents page appears.
- Click Notice of IEP Meeting.
Note: If the Notice of IEP Meeting document does not appear on the list, create the Notice of IEP Meeting.
