Printing a document

Documents created in SESIS can be printed as needed. Users may print a section of a document or print the entire document.

To print a document

  1. From the browser's File drop-down menu, choose Page Setup.

    The Page Setup dialog box appears.

  2. From the Header drop-down menu, choose Empty.

    Note: In some versions of Internet Explorer, a text field appears instead of a drop-down menu. In this case, clear any text that may appear in the field.

  3. From the Footer drop-down menu, choose Empty.

  4. Click the OK button.

  5. Select from below.

    If... Do this...
    You are printing one or more sections of the IEP
    1. In SESIS, locate the document.
      How?

    2. From the Actions bar, click Print.

    3. From the pop-up menu, click the appropriate option.

      • To print a section, click This Section.

      • To print multiple sections, click Selected Sections.

      • To print the entire document, click All Sections.

      The document appears on a new screen.

    4. From the browser's File drop-down menu, choose Page Setup.

      The Page Setup dialog box appears.

    5. Click the Landscape radio button and click the OK button.

    6. From the browser's File drop-down menu, choose Print.

      The Print dialog box appears.

    7. Select the appropriate printer and click the Print button.

      The document prints.

    8. Click the Back to previous screen link at the top of the page.
    You are printing any other document
    1. In SESIS, locate the document.
      How?

    2. From the Actions bar, click Print.

    3. From the pop-up menu, click the appropriate option.

      • To print a section, click This Section.

      • To print one or more sections, click Selected Sections.

      • To print the entire document, click All Sections.

        The Print dialog box appears.

    4. Choose the appropriate printer and click the Print button.

    5. Click the Back to previous screen link at the top of the page.
