Reviewing a student’s placement information in SESIS
The student’s most recent placement information is found in the Placement
section of the student’s profile after the Prior Notice Package (PNP) for
Placement is finalized. When a student is placed using SESIS, you can view his or her
selected
placement by clicking on the Place Student link from the profile.
To review a student’s placement information
- Do you want to review the information from the student’s most recent
finalized PNP, or do you want to review a placement that has been created for
the student in SESIS?

- Locate the student’s profile.
How?
- From the Actions bar, click the Select (
) icon.
- Select Placement.
The Placement section of the student’s profile appears.
Note: Some information in the Placement section of
the student’s profile, such as Most Recent Programs and Services
First Attend, is updated as the student's placement process moves
through authorization to first attend. This
information sometimes requires an overnight process before
appearing.

You want to review a placement
that has been created for the student |
- Locate the student’s profile.
How?
- From the Actions bar, click the Place Student link.
Tip: Sometimes this form is called the “placement
generator.”
- From the Actions bar, click Existing Placements.
If the student has an existing placement that was made in SESIS, it
will be displayed.
- Click the magnifying glass (
) icon next to the Class ID.
The Class Properties window appears.
Note: To view the Class Properties, position the
mouse over the Class ID.
- Click the Select (
) icon to view the Class Student Roster.
- Click the close (
) icon to close the Class Properties window.
