Regenerating IEP data

When a document created in SESIS is left in Draft mode for an extended period of time, the document (and any sections) must be regenerated before finalizing the document. This ensures that all changes that may have occurred in other related systems (such as ATS) or state-mandated changes that may have been applied to the document templates in SESIS have been mapped correctly in the draft document.

To regenerate IEP data

  1. Navigate to the student's profile.
    How?

  2. From the Actions bar, click Documents.

A list of all documents for the student appears.

  3. Click the link for the appropriate document.

    The document appears.

  4. Print the document.
    How?

Important: If the document contains multiple sections, such as the IEP, you must print all sections.

  5. From the Actions bar, click More Actions.

  6. From the pop-up menu, click Regenerate This Section.

  7. Review the document and verify that any updates were made correctly.

  8. Make any necessary revisions.

  9. If the document has multiple sections, repeat steps 5-8 for each section.
