Deleting a SESIS document

SESIS users can delete a document that was previously created and saved with a status of Draft or Review. Documents can be deleted at any time, until they are finalized. Once the document has been finalized, deletions are not permitted.

Important: If the document has already been finalized, see Deleting a finalized document.

To delete a SESIS document

  1. Locate the student's profile.
    How?

  2. Tip: Students can also be located via a report on the homepage or on the Reports link.

  3. From the Actions bar, click Documents.

    A list of all documents that have been created for the student appears. The document status appears in the Status column.

  4. Click the link for the document you wish to delete.

    The document appears.

  5. From the Actions bar, click More Actions.

  6. From the pop-up menu, click Delete this Document.

    A confirmation message appears.

  7. Click the Delete button.

    The document is permanently removed from the student's SESIS record.
