Deleting a SESIS document
SESIS users can delete a document that was previously created and saved with a status of Draft or Review. Documents can be deleted at any time, until they are finalized. Once the document has been finalized, deletions are not permitted.
Important: If the document has already been finalized, see Deleting a finalized document.
To delete a SESIS document
- Locate the student's profile.
How?
Tip: Students can also be located via a report on the homepage or on the Reports link.
- From the Actions bar, click Documents.
A list of all documents that have been created for the student appears. The document status appears in the Status column.
- Click the link for the document you wish to delete.
The document appears.
- From the Actions bar, click More Actions.
- From the pop-up menu, click Delete this Document.
A confirmation message appears.
- Click the Delete button.
The document is permanently removed from the student's SESIS record.
