Editing a SESIS document
SESIS users can edit a document that was previously created and saved with a status of Draft or Review. Documents can be edited at any time, until they are finalized. Once the document has been finalized, edits are not permitted.
To edit a SESIS document
- Locate the student's profile.
How?
Tip: Students can also be located via a report on the homepage or on the Reports link.
- From the Actions bar, click Documents.
A list of all documents that have been created for the student appears.
- Click the link for the document you wish to edit.
The document appears in View mode.
- From the Actions bar, click Edit This Section.
The document appears in Edit mode. This is apparent by the green Save buttons that appear at the top and bottom of the document window.
