Creating a fax coversheet
SESIS users must use a fax coversheet when faxing a document into SESIS. Every fax coversheet contains a unique bar code that identifies the type of document and which student it belongs to. A new fax coversheet must be created each time a document is faxed into SESIS. Fax coversheets may not be reused.
To create a fax coversheet
- Locate the student's profile.
How?
- From the Actions bar, click Documents.
A list of all existing documents appears.
- Click the link for the appropriate document.
Note: If the document does not already appear on the list, create the document.
