SESIS fax coversheets

SESIS users must use a fax coversheet when faxing a document into SESIS. SESIS fax coversheets must be generated from SESIS, which ensures that they contain all of the required information. Every fax coversheet contains a unique bar code that identifies the type of document and which student it belongs to.

SESIS fax coversheets cannot be reused.

SESIS users should keep a hard copy of the fax coversheet as well as the document that was faxed into SESIS.
