Accessing student documents

All documents created in SESIS for a particular student are saved as part of the student's SESIS record. Users can create, edit, and finalize documents and letters, such as the Notice of Initial Referral or the Individualized Education Program (IEP).

Note: Once a document is finalized, it can no longer be edited; however, users may continue to view finalized documents.

To access student documents

  1. Locate the student's profile.
    How?

    Tip: Students can also be located via a report on the homepage or on the Reports link.

  2. From the Actions bar, click Documents.

    A list of all existing documents appears.

  3. Click the link for the appropriate document.
