Requesting assistance with an evaluation

When the Assessment Planning document is created in SESIS, the school psychologist identifies which evaluations are needed for the case and what evaluator will perform them. In most cases, the evaluation is assigned to a staff member at the school. In cases when the school does not have the appropriate evaluator on staff, the school psychologist may request assistance from the Children's First Network (CFN). The CFN will review the request and may approve the use of per session staff or assign the evaluation to a contracted agency.
