Manually building a caseload in SESIS

When a New York City Department of Education (DOE) staff member, contracted agency provider, or independent service provider has been notified that he or she is responsible for delivering special education services to public school students, the student must be added to the providers caseload in SESIS. Related services providers must first record the first attend in IVR and then wait to be given access to the student in SESIS, which typically occurs within 48 hours.

Students can be added to SESIS caseloads in the following ways:

DOE supervisors with citywide access to students can add students to the caseloads of providers.
