Printing the generic Mail To coversheet

Most notices print from SESIS with the parent or guardian's mailing address visible so the document may be folded and placed in an envelope for mailing. For all other SESIS documents, a generic Mail To coversheet should be printed.

To print the generic Mail To coversheet

  1. Locate the student's profile.
    How?

  2. Click the Documents link.

    A list of all documents for the student appears.

  3. Click the link for the document you wish to send to the parent or guardian.

    The document appears.

  4. From the Actions bar, click the Select drop-down () icon.

  5. From the pop-up menu, click Mail To: Cover Sheet for 8 ½ x 14 Envelope.

  6. Check the appropriate checkbox to indicate the envelope size you want to use.

  7. Confirm the mailing address.

    Note: If you need to mail to a different address, type the new address in the appropriate fields.

    Important: To make a permanent address change, update the student's profile in ATS. Once ATS is updated, SESIS will reflect the update within one business day.

  8. Click the Save, Done Editing button.

  9. From the Actions bar, click the Send/Print Letter link.

  10. Click OK to record printing the coversheet as an event.

    The event log appears.

  11. In the Event Description field, type a description of the document that is being mailed.

  12. Click the Accept/Print button.

    The Print dialog box appears.

  13. Select the appropriate printer and click the Print button.

    The coversheet prints.

  14. Click the Back to previous screen link.
