Checking the status of a request to edit or delete a finalized document

Once a document has been finalized in SESIS it cannot be modified or deleted. If an individual needs to edit or delete a document that has been finalized, the request must be submitted for review. These requests must be approved by the Document Management team.

To check the status of a request to edit or delete a finalized document

  1. E-mail the Document Management team at SESISDocumentControl@schools.nyc.gov.

    The Document Management team will respond within five business days.
