Checking the status of a request to modify or delete a faxed document

Many documents must be faxed into a student's record in SESIS. If an incorrect document is faxed or if the wrong fax coversheet is used, the faxed document may need to be modified or deleted. Requests for this type of change must be approved by the Document Management team.

To check the status of a request to modify or delete a faxed document

  1. E-mail the Document Management team at SESISDocumentControl@schools.nyc.gov.

    The Document Management team will respond within five business days.
