SESIS reports: Status of IEPs for Turning 5 Students

The Status of IEPs for Turning 5 Students report includes a list of all Turning 5 students in SESIS. This report is used by the Committee on Special Education (CSE) office in the student's home district and school-based staff.

This report includes the following information:

• The student's standard demographic data
  
  
• The student's enrollment data
  
  
• The process stage
  
  
• The Notice of IEP status
  
  
• The date of Individualized Education Program (IEP) (finalized IEP)
  
  

If a student's IEP has not been finalized by August 31st of his or her Turning 5 year, he or she is removed from the report and placed on the appropriate Status of IEP report. (For example, all students born in 2006 will be removed from this report on August 31, 2011.)
