User permissions

SESIS users are assigned permissions to view content based on their role in Galaxy. If a user has more than one role assigned in Galaxy, his or her SESIS permissions are based on the least-restrictive Galaxy role.

Users are assigned to one of the following roles in Galaxy:

• School administrators
  
  
• Principal secretary
  
  
• Guidance counselor
  
  
• School psychologist
  
  
• Family worker/SE clerical
  
  
• Social worker
  
  
• IEP teacher
  
  
• Teacher - special ed
  
  
• General education teacher
  
  
• Speech teacher
  
  
• Physical therapist
  
  
• Occupational therapist
  
  
• Nurse
  
  
• Teacher - Adaptive phys ed
