Automatic events

Automatic events are events that are automatically created when a document has been printed, deleted or a change in its status has been made. For example, when a letter is printed from SESIS, an automatic event will be created in the student's event log that will include the name of the staff member who printed the letter, the date and time the letter was printed, and whether a message was sent internally to other SESIS users notifying them of the printing.
