Choosing a location for a standard report

SESIS reports are based on location. Staff members with access to multiple schools must select the location for which the report should be generated before viewing the report.

Note: This procedure is only relevant for users who have access to multiple locations in SESIS. Users with access to only one location will automatically see that school's report when they select the report name.

To choose a location for a standard report

  1. On the SESIS home page, click the appropriate report.

  2. From the Actions bar, click the Organizational Location Filter drop-down () icon.

  3. In the Search box, type at least three characters of the school name.

    A search results list appears, showing up to eight matches.

  4. Click the appropriate school.

    The report opens, showing data for the selected school.
