Requesting access to a student's profile

SESIS users have access to view the profiles of all students for which they are authorized. Authorization is based on a combination of the user's role and school or student affiliation. The principal or Committee on Special Education (CSE) chairperson can make changes to access rights in SESIS.

To request access to a student's profile

   If...	Do this...
   The student attends a New York City Department of Education (DOE) public school or charter school	Contact the student's principal to request a change to your SESIS access rights for the student.
   The student does not attend a DOE public school or charter school	Contact the CSE chairperson to request a change to your SESIS access rights for the student.
