SESIS documents
Users may create and save documents in SESIS just as they would in a paper file. All documents created in SESIS for a particular student are saved as part of the student's SESIS record. Access to documents is based on the user's role. Not all users will have access to all documents in a student's SESIS record.
Examples of documents include the following:
It is important to review what documents have already been created in SESIS before creating a new document. SESIS displays a warning if a user tries to create a second version of a document if one is already listed with a status of Draft or Review.
Note: Documents can only be edited if their status is Draft or Review. Once a document is finalized, it can no longer be edited, however, users can continue to view finalized documents.
