Logging out of SESIS

SESIS is an application used by New York City Department of Education (DOE) staff, related service providers, and others to manage the special education referral, evaluation, IEP, placement, and related services processes for students who attend a DOE public school, including charter schools, as well as students who attend approved non-public schools.

All users must log out of SESIS at the end of their session. It is important to always log out instead of just closing the browser window because SESIS will prompt users to save any unsaved work.

To log out of SESIS

  1. Make sure that all completed work has been saved.
